PRESIDENT COULD COMMUTE TERRI'S DEATH SENTENCE -

IF ONLY SHE WERE A CONVICTED MURDERER.

He can pardon convicted killers. But before the growing power of our courts, he is helpless to commute the death sentence of an innocent person like Terri.

The courts are now so powerful that they can thwart the will of the people. All the elected government of Florida, the legislature and the Governor, made laws to save Terri. The liberal Florida Supreme Court struck them down. All the elected government of the United States of America, the Senate, House and the President, did their best to save Terri. A Clinton-appointed federal court judge just thwarted their will.

This is a government designed to be of the people, by the people and for the people. The will of the people is supposed to rule. It is blocked more and more by the courts. We need to do some drastic correcting of what our system has become. While the courts have their own indispensible role, they were never meant to become our government.

The court system is out of control!
